2010 Esplanade Marina Bay Countdown Project on 12 Dec 2009

Marina Countdown 2008/09The Marina Bay Singapore Countdown Project is back again! Be a volunteer to gather members of the public to pen down wishes for the new year 2010 on Wishing Spheres ! You will be stationed at one of the 18 locations around the island on 12 Dec 2009. Besides making friends, you can get a free t-shirt and earn CIP point in the process!

9th Daisaku Ikeda Annual Lecture (26 Nov 09)


               filed under


Titled "The Responsibility of Universities to Educate Leaders for a Globalised Society", the 9th DIAL will be delivered by Professor Howard Hunter, President, Singapore Management University.

It will be held on Thursday, 26 November 2009, 8.00 pm @SSA Headquarters. Admission by ticket only. Get them from your ICs at your respective zone meetings!

Youth Engagement At Heartland ("YEAH!") on 21 Nov 09

YEAH! is an evening event where youths of different background are grouped together for a race and games around the Tampines West neighbourhood.

There will be free dinner and performances at the end of the race. Participation is FREE! (Students will be awarded CIP points!) Participants must be between 13 to 35 years old. The race will start and end at Tampines West Community Centre.

1) From 10 Aug to 22 Aug (within 13 days), the reach out has increased from 94 to 804 times which is an increase of 710. Unique students count has increased from 65 to 479 which is an increase of 414.
With strong determination and unity, positive impact and value can definitely be created in the lives of ICs and students within a short period of time.
2) Through this reach out, the ICs and students lives are revitalised and the bonding strengthened. Consistent, sustainable reach out and communication between students and ICs and among the ICs are important.
